Recently, I started to incorporating weekly themes into the weekly lifting sessions for the athletes I coach. I have different quotes throughout the week to help get them thinking about each week’s theme.
Monday’s quote was, “If it doesn’t challenge you it wont change you.” As a lot of you have heard by now I love challenges!! And it is for the simple fact that when I am challenged I have to adapt to improve or I am going to get my butt kicked, again and again, and again until I decide to do something different.
Do you ever feel like your life is a vicious circle of repeated defeats, fails or mistakes?
I know I have, and it sucks!
Luckily I have realized it doesn’t always have to be this way.
My hope for you is that you will learn this sooner rather than later. The way your life is today, doesn’t have to be the same for the rest of your life.

How do you want to be remembered?
Do you want to be the person who played it safe, who never got involved in a cause greater than yourself? The person who didn’t do extra after work or working out to improve your life?
Do you want to be the person who lives ALL IN, who was willing to fail just to see how good you could become. The person who did extra despite what others thought of them.
