Sports Performance Training
The WHY: Sports requires Coordination, Strength, Speed, and Conditioning; mentally and physically. Through strategic and continuous progressions; athletes can improve their athletic abilities by creating a solid foundation to build upon for the years to come.
Youth Sports Performance Training:
Purpose: Improve coordination, strength and mobility
How: Teaching body weight movements and games, young athletes learn body awareness while increasing physical and mental strength
High School Sports Performance Training:
Purpose: Enhance Speed, Strength, Mobility and overall athletic performance
How: Through progressive drills and lifts, utilizing weights, bands, plyometric and other weighted objects, athletes develop skills to propel them into the next level of sports.
